SHIPPING POLICY

The Netherlands

For all orders within the Netherlands, AMN Shop ships via DPD or PostNL. We follow DPD and PostNL standard delivery times and procedures.

  • Standard delivery usually takes 1–2 business days.
  • Ordered before 3:30 PM on workdays (Monday-Friday), shipped the same day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package.
  • AMN Webshop is not responsible for delays caused by DPD and PostNL beyond our control.
  • Please ensure the delivery address is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply.
  • Customers are expected to follow DPD or PostNL shipping and delivery policies.

 

Shipping Charges for Returning the Product within the Netherlands

All shipping charges to return the product back to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges to return the product back to us unless the product was received by the customer in a damaged state or was the wrong item. All of the returning product must be received by AMN before we reimburse the shipping charges back to the customer. AMN company is not responsible for lost or missing return items.
