Terms of Service – AMN Webshop

1. General and Applicability

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through the AMN Webshop, operated by AMN—Aircraft Maintenance Netherlands B.V. (“AMN,” “we,” “us”).

These terms apply to both consumers (consumenten) and business customers (zakelijke klanten). Where provisions differ, this shall be expressly stated. In the event of any conflict, AMN’s General Terms & Conditions and General Warranty Conditions shall prevail.

By accessing the webshop or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

2. Consumer and Business Customers

  • Consumers (B2C): A natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession, as defined under Dutch law.
  • Business Customers (B2B): Any natural or legal person acting in the course of a business or profession. Consumer protection provisions do not apply unless expressly stated.

3. Orders and Product Information

To place an order, you must provide complete and accurate information, including name, contact details, delivery address, and payment information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted data.

Product images shown on the webshop are for illustrative purposes only. Minor deviations in appearance do not constitute nonconformity. AMN shall not be liable for inaccuracies arising from incorrect assumptions based solely on images.

AMN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of incorrect information, pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected misuse.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed are inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated at checkout. Payment must be made in full using the available payment methods. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

 5. Delivery

  • All products offered through the webshop are supplied by AMN—Aircraft Maintenance Netherlands B.V.
  • Delivery within the Netherlands normally takes between one (1) and three (2) business days, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are indicative and not binding.
  • The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. AMN shall not be liable for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect address information.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer upon delivery and to business customers upon dispatch, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

6. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted only in accordance with AMN’s Return and Refund Policy. Customers must notify AMN in writing without undue delay if:

  • A damaged product is received, or
  • An incorrect product has been delivered.

Failure to notify AMN within a reasonable time may result in loss of rights.

8. Warranty and Conformity

All products are subject to AMN’s General Warranty Conditions, which form an integral part of these Terms.

  • Consumers/Business Customers: Products must conform to the agreement (conformiteit) as required by the Dutch Civil Code. 

For second-hand electronic products, a limited warranty period of one (1) month applies, covering functional defects only, in accordance with the General Warranty Conditions. Otherwise, new products have a maximum warranty period of twenty-four (24) months.

Non-reproducible software defects and consumables are excluded from warranty coverage.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • AMN shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or data loss.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Dutch law, particularly in relation to consumers/business customers.

  • AMN—Aircraft Maintenance Netherlands BV does not provide services, engage in business activities, or enter into transactions with individuals, entities, or organizations located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in countries or territories subject to comprehensive sanctions or trade restrictions imposed by the European Union (EU) and the United Nations (UN).

    These restricted jurisdictions may include, but are not limited to, countries such as Russia, China, Cuba, North Korea, Syria, Iran, Belarus, Ukraine, Cambodia, Myanmar, Venezuela, or any other country subject to applicable EU or UN sanctions measures.

    This restriction applies to any form of transaction conducted directly with AMN or indirectly through agents, intermediaries, representatives, contractors, partners, affiliates, payment processors, financial institutions, or any other third party acting on behalf of or for the benefit of a restricted person or jurisdiction.

    AMN reserves the right to refuse service, terminate agreements, or suspend transactions where such activity would violate applicable sanctions laws or regulations. Users represent and warrant that they are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any sanctioned jurisdiction and are not listed on any applicable sanctions list maintained by the EU, UN, or other relevant authorities.

10. Amendments

AMN reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on the AMN Shop. Continued use of the AMN Shop after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and all agreements arising from them, are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
